A Loud Silence (2021)
A Loud Silence is series of photographs taken at night in Stockport. They represent (through colour and distortion) the experience of a panic attack: from the start where the warnings are present as the feelings of unease grow, followed by the intense and blinding climax. Finally, subsiding with a dissociative fog, leaving its victim to try and get on with existing again.
